Following completion of recent maintenance works, the Eastern Breakwater is now open for public access.

The breakwaters at Port Kembla are generally open to the public between the hours of dawn and dusk, but will be closed during adverse weather conditions and during certain port operations and maintenance activities.

Anyone accessing the breakwaters does so at their own risk. People should observe warning signs, stay within the marked locations and take care when accessing the sites.
