Seawall Road/Groyne are open to pedestrian access from Wollongong beach only.

The Enfield Intermodal Lookout is open during daylight hours.

Eastern Breakwater
The Eastern Breakwater is open for public access generally between the hours of dawn and dusk, but will be closed during adverse weather conditions and during certain port operations.
Wave activity is also monitored on a daily basis in the interest of community safety.

Northern Breakwater
The Northern Breakwater is open for public pedestrian access only via Coniston Beach and along Seawall Road. NSW Ports has completed upgrades to facilitate pedestrian access. Public vehicle/bicycle access will not be possible via Port Kembla Road due to operations at the coal terminal. The Northern Breakwater is open for public access generally between the hours of dawn and dusk, but will be closed during adverse weather conditions and during certain port operations.
