NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Janice has extensive experience as a non-executive director and chair of audit & risk committees in infrastructure companies in the ports, energy, defence, water and sustainability sectors.
Janice is Chair of Lochard Energy and a non-executive director of AustralianSuper, National Intermodal Corporation Limited and Repurpose It.
She has previously served on the board of Port of Melbourne up to its privatisation in 2016 and then the remaining entity Ports Victoria until 2022.
