Tali Shabat

Tali Shabat is the General Manager Human Resources and is responsible for partnering across all levels of the business to build capability, drive engagement and enable leaders to achieve their strategic and operational targets.

Tali has over two decades of broad HR experience with previous roles in automotive, professional services and the power management industry. Tali has led HR functions in global and Australian organisations delivering measurable business outcomes through talent management, culture transformation, and large-scale change initiatives, with expertise spanning the full employee lifecycle and executive coaching.

Tali holds a Bachelor of Arts / Commerce and a Masters in Organisational Leadership.
