Award-winning infrastructure at Enfield Intermodal Logistics Centre

NSW Ports is delighted to announce that two of the precincts within the Enfield Intermodal Logistics Centre were recently awarded the NSW Master Builders Association ‘Excellence in Construction’ Award for Industrial Buildings.

Recognised by the judges for their exemplary client-centric design, high end architectural finishes and bespoke features, Precincts C & F include industrial warehousing, office space and work areas and are complete with sustainable design features such as rainwater collection tanks, solar hot water systems, LED lighting and strategic landscaping with indigenous plants and trees and more.

The winning facilities are occupied by a range of food preparation, packaging, design and manufacturing companies, which benefit from Enfield Intermodal Logistics Centre’s close proximity to Sydney’s CBD and are direct freight rail links to Port Botany.
